  If anyone wants to defeat Margaret Workman in her race for the WV Supreme Court, I have a plan.  I need about $25,000 in anonymous cash gifts.  That way the givers avoid the unconstitutional scrutiny of the government and media, when I don't file the paperwork that is supposed to list their names, etc.

A gift of anonymous cash is not illegal; it can be used effectively for whatever I wish.
