Wyoming County House District 22 (all of Wyoming county, and a little of McDowell and Mercer counties) elects two members. In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill. In 2002 he voted against an Informed Consent bill on the floor. He voted against an Informed Consent bill in the Judiciary committee, April 5, 2001. The bill died by a 9-7 vote. He is a Democrat whose term ends in 2008.
