House District 42 (all of Taylor county, and part of Marion and Monongalia counties) elects one member.

Senate District 14 (all of Taylor, Preston, Tucker, Barbour and Mineral counties, and part of Monongalia and Grant counties) elects two members.

Jon Hunter earned an F from Life Gauge.  He voted against an Informed Consent bill in Judiciary Committee in 2001.  The bill died by a 9-7 vote.  He is a Democrat whose term ends in 2008.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents write to him.
