Preston County House District 46 (part of Preston county and all of Tucker county) elects one member. Stan Shaver earned a B from Life Gauge. He introduced one Life Gauge bill in 2007, which earns a grade of A. But his previous grade was a D, in 2004, so his average grade is currently a B. In 2007 he was not willing to introduce a motion on the floor to discharge the Constitutional Revision committee in reference to HJR 18, which would remove the right to abortion and to abortion funding from the WV Constitution. Senate District 14 (all of Preston, Tucker, Barbour, Taylor and Mineral counties, and part of Monongalia and Grant counties) elects two members. Dave Sypolt earned an A from Life Gauge.
