House District 19 (parts of Lincoln, Boone, and Putnam counties, and all of Logan county) elects four members.

Jeff Eldridge earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  He is a Democrat.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.

Lidella Hrutkay earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2006 she voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  In 2005 she voted against the Unborn Victims of Violence Act, after voting against the bill in committee.  In 2004 she voted for two damaging amendments to a Separate Offense bill (SB 566).  In 2002 she voted against an Informed Consent bill (SB 170) on the House floor, then voted against it again in 2003.  She is a Democrat.  Due to her voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact her.


House District 15 (northern Lincoln county, and northern and eastern parts of Cabell county, including northern Huntington) elects three delegates.

Carol Miller earned an A from Life Gauge, based on her survey response.  She is a Republican from Huntington.

Kevin Craig earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  In 2002 he voted against a motion in the Judiciary Committee to stop all damaging amendments to a good bill.  He is a Democrat.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents write to him.

Jim Morgan earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.   He voted against Separate Offense legislation in 2005 (SB 146) and voted against it in 2004 (SB 566 -- twice on the floor, and for two harmful amendments).  He voted against the Informed Consent bill in 2002, and voted for a harmful amendment to Informed Consent legislation in the Judiciary committee in 2003.  He is a Democrat.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.
