Harold Michael earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  He is a Democrat.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.

Senate District 15 (all of Hardy, Pocahontas, Randolph, Pendleton, Hampshire and Morgan counties, and part of Berkeley, Upshur and Grant counties) elects two members.
