House District 55 (eastern Berkeley county) elects one member.

House District 56 (part of Berkeley county and part of Jefferson county) elects one member.

Bob Tabb earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  In 2004 he voted on the floor for a harmful amendment to a Separate Offense bill (SB 566).  He is a Democrat.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.



Senate District 15 (part of Berkeley, Upshur and Grant counties and all of Randolph, Pocahontas, Pendleton, Hardy, Hampshire and Morgan counties) elects two members.

John Yoder earned an F from Life Gauge.  In the 2007 session he voted on the floor to kill SB 544, which would have closed a loophole that allows minors to get abortions without the knowledge of their parents.  Mr. Yoder is a Republican whose term ends in 2008.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents write to him.
