The WV Constitution does not guarantee a right
to abortion or to abortion funding
(2) Abortion is banned, as far as is constitutionally allowable
(3) If any part of a baby's body exits womb, baby is legally born, and
protected
(4) Must attempt to save any baby born alive during an abortion
(5) No frozen embryos shall be destroyed
(6) State shall not subsidize any abortion provider

(18) No medical worker shall be compelled to participate in any abortion
(19) No abortion shall be performed on a baby that is viable
(20) Abortion clinic shall offer ultrasound to mothers seeking abortion
(21) Abortion clinic must estimate the baby's gestational age by
ultrasound
(22) Must notify father before any abortion is performed
(23) Keep a public record of judges who grant judicial bypass to minors
seeking abortion
(24) Hospitals may refuse to perform abortions
(25) No abortion shall be performed unless clinic has hospital admitting privileges
(26) No abortion shall be performed for the reason of gender selection
(27) Report all complications from abortions
(28) No doctor who has been convicted of malpractice shall perform any
abortion
(29) No medical experimentation shall be done on the body of any aborted
child
(30) Anesthesia for unborn baby being aborted
(31) Pregnancy test must be performed before any abortion
(32) No one who is not a licensed doctor shall perform any abortion
(33) Universities shall not be involved with cloning
(34) Second and third trimester abortions shall be performed only in
hospitals

(37) Two forms of identification must be shown by any person seeking an
abortion
(38) Schools shall display fetal models
(39) Must report abortions performed for reason of handicap
(40) High schools shall teach fetal development
