Other protective bills not connected to Life Gauge's
efforts, bills that serve the purpose of disguising legislators' recorded votes against the
babies . . . It doesn't take anything to introduce a
bill. It costs nothing in terms of political capital, and means
nothing in terms of actually protecting babies. All of the lead
sponsors in this list have on record actions or votes that harm unborn
babies, and therefore these legislators have received a permanent grade
of F from Life Gauge. SB 92 --- parental notification for minors.
