Delegate Caputo,

On February 24, 2010, Delegate Louisos will introduce a motion to bring directly to the House floor a constitutional amendment that will stop the state funding of abortion, and will allow us to end abortion in West Virginia when the US Supreme Court's Roe v Wade decision is overturned.

Please support Mr. Louisos's motion, and support the amendment, HJR 10.

February 24 will be remembered as a day when every member of the House cast a vote -- yes or no -- to either assist the abortionists, or to protect the unborn.  The people of West Virginia need to see how their legislators vote on this issue.

March 7, 2006, was the date for another vote in the House, when you voted to kill a motion made by Mr. Louisos to bring a parental involvement bill to the floor.  On that day your vote earned you a grade of F from Life Gauge.  We hope you will never vote against the babies again.

We know there is pressure for you to do as you are told by the leaders in the House of Delegates.  We are aware that many legislators give in to that pressure.

God has placed you in the legislature so you can do what is right.  The people of Marion and Monongalia counties have elected you to represent them.  When you vote to protect unborn babies, you reflect God's justice, and you carry out the will of the majority of the people in the 43rd District.

You hold a position of trust and honor.  It should not be used to harm unborn babies.
