Delegate Manypenny,

On February 24, 2010, Delegate Louisos will introduce a motion to bring directly to the House floor a constitutional amendment that will stop the state funding of abortion, and will allow us to stop abortions in West Virginia when the US Supreme Court's Roe v Wade decision is overturned.

Please support Mr. Louisos's motion, and support the amendment, HJR 10.

February 24 will be remembered as a day when every member of the House cast a vote -- yes or no -- to either assist the abortionists, or to protect the unborn.  The people of West Virginia need to know how each delegate votes.

We understand there is pressure in the House of Delegates for you and other legislators to do as you are told by the leaders in the House.  We are aware that the majority of legislators give in to that pressure.

God has placed you in the legislature so you can do what is right.  The people of Taylor, Marion and Monongalia counties have elected you to represent them.  When you act boldly to protect unborn babies, you reflect God's justice, and you carry out the will of the majority of the people in the 42nd District.

Please do everything you can to bring legal protection to the babies of this state.
