Senate District 17:

Dan Foster earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2007 he voted against SB 544, which closed a loophole that allowed minor girls to get abortions without their parents' knowledge.  In 2006 he voted against the parental notification bill on the floor.  As a member of the House of Delegates, he voted against Separate Offense legislation in 2004 (SB 566), and voted against an Informed Consent bill (SB 170) on the floor in 2003.  He is a Democrat whose term ends in 2012.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.

Brooks McCabe earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2007 he voted against SB 544, which closed a loophole that allowed minor girls to get abortions without their parents' knowledge.  In 2006 he voted against the parental notification bill on the floor.  He attempted to change his accidental yes vote to a no vote on the floor in 2004 concerning Separate Offense legislation (denied; SB 566 passed 34-0), and voted against Informed Consent legislation in 2002 and 2003.  He is a Democrat whose term ends in 2010.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.
