Jack Yost earned an F from Life Gauge.  On March 7, 2006, he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference in the House of Delegates, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  He is a Democrat whose term ends in 2012.  Due to his voting record, Life Gauge does not recommend that constituents contact him.
