Terry Walker earned an F from Life Gauge.  On February 24, 2010 he voted against a motion to discharge a committee, effectively killing a Constitutional Amendment that would stop state funding of abortions, and that would allow us to stop abortion when Roe v Wade is overturned.  He is a Democrat.
