Jonathan Miller earned a D from Life Gauge.  Beginning in 2007, every year he refuses to introduce a motion to force a floor vote to overturn the WV Supreme Court's Panepinto decision, which mandates abortion rights and abortion funding in West Virginia.  A Republican, he first served in the 2007 legislature.  To write a letter to Mr. Miller, click here.
