House District 34 (part of Gilmer county and all of Braxton county) elects one member.

Brent Boggs earned an F from Life Gauge.  On February 24, 2010 he voted against a motion to discharge a committee, effectively killing a Constitutional Amendment that would stop state funding of abortions, and that would allow us to stop abortion when Roe v Wade is overturned.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  He is a Democrat. 

The trajectory of Mr. Boggs' rise to power is determined by the Speaker of the House, who uses this authority to convince delegates to vote as he wishes them to vote.  West Virginia's unborn babies will receive no justice in such a political system.  To expose injustice, make it expose itself.  Make the politicians vote.  Make the motion.
