House District 26 (all of Monroe county and part of Summers county) elects one member.

Gerald Crosier earned an F from Life Gauge.  On February 24, 2010 he voted against a motion to discharge a committee, effectively killing a Constitutional Amendment that would stop state funding of abortions, and that would allow us to stop abortion when Roe v Wade is overturned.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  He is a Democrat.

The trajectory of Mr. Crosier's rise to power is determined by the Speaker of the House, who uses this authority to convince delegates to vote as he wishes them to vote.  West Virginia's unborn babies will receive no justice in such a political system.  To break its power, the first step is to force politicians to choose: vote with the Speaker, or vote for what is right.
