House District 13 (northeast Putnam county, northern Mason county, and part of Jackson County) elects two members.

Brady Paxton earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2010 he voted against a motion to discharge a committee, effectively killing a Constitutional Amendment that would stop state funding of abortions, and that would allow us to stop abortion when Roe v Wade is overturned.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill.  He is a Democrat.

Dale Martin earned an F from Life Gauge.  In 2010 he voted against a motion to discharge a committee, effectively killing a Constitutional Amendment that would stop state funding of abortions, and that would allow us to stop abortion when Roe v Wade is overturned.  In 2006 he voted against a motion to dispense with committee reference, effectively killing a parental notification bill. He voted in favor of two harmful amendments to a Separate Offense bill (SB 566) on the floor in 2004.

The trajectory of Mr. Paxton's and Mr. Martin's rise to power is determined by the Speaker of the House, who uses this authority to convince delegates to vote as he wishes them to vote.  West Virginia's unborn babies will receive no justice in such a political system.  To expose injustice, make it expose itself.  Make the politicians vote.  Make the motion.
