House District 11 House District 11 (eastern Jackson county and all of Roane county) elects one member. Bob Ashley earned a D from Life Gauge. Beginning in 2007, every year he refuses to introduce a motion to force a floor vote to overturn the WV Supreme Court's Panepinto decision, which mandates abortion rights and abortion funding in West Virginia.
