House District 3 covers the western third of Ohio county, including Wheeling, and elects two delegates.

Erikka Storch earned a C from Life Gauge.  She was not willing in 2011 to introduce a motion to force a floor vote to overturn the WV Supreme Court's Panepinto decision, which mandates abortion rights and abortion funding in West Virginia.   A Republican, she first served in the 2011 legislature.  To write a letter to Ms. Storch, click here.

Ryan Ferns first served in the House in 2011.  He is a Democrat.  Because no Republican made the motion to vote on the Constitutional Amendment, Mr. Ferns was not forced to choose between voting for the babies or voting with the leadership.  He doesn't have a grade yet.
