No hospital shall be required to perform any abortion, except in cases when the life of the mother is in imminent danger.

Note -- Reynolds introduced this bill in 2007 (HB_2903).  The language was incorrectly placed in a section of the code (§16-2F) that deals with minors' abortions.  And the language wasn't good.
