Each person employed by a facility that performs abortions shall have a pre-employment health examination by a physician. The examination is to be repeated annually, and more frequently, if indicated to ascertain freedom from communicable diseases.

Violation of the terms of this section shall result in an immediate closing of the facility in question for a period of at least three years, and a fine of not less than $5000.

Nothing in this section shall be construed or interpreted to condone, permit, allow or endorse any abortion.
