What's Happening
I continue to have the privilege of preaching at Crooked Run Community Church every Sunday morning. Some new people have joined us. The goal is personal growth in Christ. I'm thankful for the opportunity to preach. I hope to do more discipling. I enjoy knocking on doors in the area, and inviting people. Occasionally we see a new face from that. The top photo is from VBS last summer.

I meet every Friday morning with three men in the area: Andy Minney, Allan Adeimy, and Lance Linden. We meet for breakfast at the Common Place, a local restaurant. We talk, and do a short Bible study.

I preach twice a month at New Mount Olive Church on the Gilmer/Ritchie line. I start preaching about 9:45, and then drive fast to preach at Crooked Run at 11:30.

On the first Saturday of each month, I drive to Rosedale for our men's prayer breakfast. Clark Ramsey, who runs the Community Center, cooks omelets and pancakes. We pray for each other, and we pray for Rosedale, that God will bless the people and the churches in the area. My family lived in Rosedale for four years.
